Employees well trained, management and owners know what they are doing here. Fresh food and a special of the day was great. Good portion sizes as well. Take a your client's to lunch here and you will be a winner here!

This place was excellent. The food was delicious and very plentiful. The service was great as we didn't have to ask for anything. The server always had a smile. They had a very pleasant atmosphere & the restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking and just be prepared to take some food home with ya because they fill your plate up. Highly recommend. ENJOY!!

We went here for a repast lunch; they had a private room for us & the foods were very good. Some of the best iced tea around! I can highly recommend for a small gathering, the parking was easy & well lit for those of us from out of town.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amy and I had an absolutely terrific date day at 1220 Café in Tallassee. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and genuinely welcoming—the kind of place that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment. The food was excellent, thoughtfully prepared, and clearly made with care. Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly suited for an easygoing lunch that still felt special. The service was attentive without being intrusive, which made the experience even better. 1220 Café is a true local gem and the perfect spot for a casual date, a quiet conversation, or simply a great meal done right. We’ll absolutely be back.

As a OTR Truck Driver, I like to try new places every place I go to. I came across 1220 across from my delivery and decided to try it out and I am extremely glad I did. From the approach of the building, to my exit, I was fully pleased with it. Very clean kept inside and out, the staff was so welcoming as soon as I entered. I felt like they were family I haven't seen in 10 years. And then the food. PERFECTION. By far out of all my driving time, and of every place I've visited as a driver, 1220 is by far the absolute best I've had. I wish they were everywhere! To the young ladies behind the counter, to the cooks, and the store manager I was pleased to speak with, thank you all for a great welcoming and perfectly satisfied food. This whole store deserves an award, Or a raise for everyone... Or both.

I've got to admit, the first two times I tried this place, I was not impressed with the quality of food for the price. But, two years later I tried again and I've got to say it has improved A LOT. Absolutely loved my food today. Keep up the good work!
